Open to all, these sessions offer a space to slow down, create freely, and nurture your spirit—we will play with. a variety of practices and materials. It’s grand to simply come and be present. No experience needed, just a willingness to explore. Think of it like your precious weekly you time, the yoga class you just don’t want to miss because it makes you feel so good.
