10-Weeks of Mindfulness, Magic and Making
Join us for a 10-week immersive journey that blends mindfulness, magic, and creative expression. This course is designed to help you slow down, listen deeply, and engage in intentional making through writing, photography, drawing, watercolor, collage, and embroidery.
Each week, we will explore a theme that weaves together mindfulness practices (breathwork, meditation, body awareness), magical elements (intention setting, ritual, connection to nature), and creative projects that help you express yourself with greater depth and presence.
No prior experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore!
